LAST DAY AT ACDC!

So as I had written on my insta, the 5th of May was my last day at ACDC Rag! It was a short month that I was a staff at the store and I had a blast with everyone, everyday.

But the thing is... I got a new visa sponsoring job and I will go back to teaching from the 11th...! I have training and stuff, but at least I assured myself yet another year of Japan!

It's sad, yes, to leave this very much fun job at Harajuku wearing whatever I wanted and being free to create, but! I am also happy I had this chance at all and I regret nothing.

I am very thankful to Rimma for giving me this chance.

because it was my last day everyone went to eat crepes, the store manager gave us money to go YuY! And yesterday we went to Tabasa and ate SO MUCH lol

ACDCRag ★ New Staff

SOOOO 

On Valentines day I lost my job >: And I spent February and March job hunting and I couldnt find anything, and I was gonna run out of money pretty soon so I needed a part time to keep me functioning until I got a new job.

So I applied to ACDC Rag in Harajuku.

Got the job ! I've been part-timing April in Takeshita Street!
Its temporary, it's not what's gonna fix my life, BUT it helped me pay my bills and live on. Also it made my 16 year old self SO PROUD.

I got to wear brand everyday, WHAT EVER I WANTED. I EVEN DIED MY HAIR PURPLE AND PINK! It's really hard to go back to retail and stand for hours and eat very little, but! Im! Quite happy!

I met Rimma when Kammie was in Tokyo, but I never thought I would work with him! 

And then there is Fuma, my other senpai. He mostly bullies me but he's super kind and once brought me chocolate.

But he is usually making fun of me >__>

we work at different stores but I like them both so much

It's a fun job to have <3

I use all my languages and see interesting people everyday!

Im mostly by myself at the store (The very last kiosk at the end of Takeshita street!) and I live on ice milk-coffee and fried potatoes A___A

Steam Garden

Well, I have to start by saying it was one of the most amazing events I have ever been to.

I did not care much for steam punk until recently. Not that I pretend to invest on it, but it just made me so incredibly happy to see so. many. people. that where in complete character, in such detail and in such perfection.

Also, the style is so free. So malleable. So many themes and eras, so many things to look at. 

Eye candy.

This is what I thought Japan would be like, a never ending parade of stylish.  

the DJ booth. It steamed.

In between DJing, there were some stuff going on on the stage. Like plays, taiko, juggling,  bands, etc.

Not only that was interesting, but the music. It opened my eyes to new worlds. 

It was fantastic.

Inside the event, there were a lot of small stores with amazing products for many styles. There were leather, fur, kimono, badges, steampunk gadgets, guns, swords.
Basically it was a time travelling experience.

And of course....

Them outfits.

There were SO MANY.

I recommend greatly checking out TARO IREI albums, he took great pictures of the visitors.

This weekend Japan had a Gay Pride Parade! So Harajuku was EVEN MORE FULL OF PEOPLE!

Guys guys, we understand that you wanna take pictures of everything and all, but think before you snap! I had some troubles with a friend and when we were talking some (a lot of) tourists snaped pics of us quarreling @___@ don't do that!

So since its spring and the weather was delightful, I made a decora-ish fairy-ish lolita ootd
